Yvonne founded Best Wishes in October 2011, after working in the card industry for the previous 8 years. With her extensive experience, she carefully researches and hand-picks a unique variety of quality cards to suit all tastes, and is a fountain of knowledge on all things greeting card related.
Russell began his time with Best Wishes working Saturdays, before joining his wife Yvonne in taking a full-time role as business partner in September 2017. He is loving the relaxed and friendly interaction of shop life, having spent his entire career in more formal customer-facing roles.
Sue joined Best Wishes in October 2013 having previously been a regular customer of the shop. In charge of gifts, she takes great pride in selecting thoughtful, original products and is often complimented on her creative displays.
